Julia Welsh
Admin Assistant, Marketing Coordinator
After working 14 years in the mortgage industry in the closing and post closing departments, Julia took a little time off, before beginning a career in the Real Estate industry as an administrative assistant. She has worked the past 3 years as an assistant handling a variety of marketing and administrative details. Her particular duties include preparing on-line and printed marketing materials, managing my marketing plan and, database management. Julia lives in Gaithersburg with her husband, Bill and their 2 cats. She enjoys bird watching, boating & swimming.
Stefanie Werner

Stefanie received her Maryland Real Estate License in 2002 but has been a member of the Andy Werner & Associates team since 2000. She currently lives in Glen Burnie, MD. She graduated high school from Mount de Sales Academy and attended the Community College of Baltimore County. Currently she helps with all administrative details and manages marketing activities for our clients homes. Stephanie enjoys working with clients, but in her spare time enjoys cooking, reading, gardening, and traveling with her husband Joe.

Kim has been a licensed agent since 1997. Her experience includes property management, condo/HOA management, accounting, operations and real estate transactions. She worked for two and a half years with another RE/MAX office in Frederick County before coming to Andy Werner & Associates in 2001. Prior to real estate, she was the Operations Manager for a home builder in New Market, Maryland She received her Associates Degree in Business Administration in 2001 and earned her Associates Broker license in 2002. Kim has moved back and forth between Gaithersburg and Frederick since 1970 when her family first relocated to Maryland from New Hampshire. She has resided in Frederick County, this time, since 1991 and loves the mountains. She enjoys meeting and working with people. Her personal interests include traveling and the great outdoors.
